Before visiting the parlour
Do I have to prepare for the massage/treatment somehow? Should I bring something with me?
No special preparation is needed. Everything you need for the massage will be provided and prepared by our parlour. You can also request disposable underwear on site.
How far in advance do I have to book so that I could choose a date that suits me?
We recommend that you book well in advance, so that you have more dates to choose from. The ideal is 2-3 weeks in advance. Sometimes, however, also the so-called last-minute dates are available.
Can we be together in one room with a partner/friend/colleague, etc.?
Yes, of course. However, this request has to be mentioned when booking. On request, there may be simultaneously up to 3 people in one room.
Are the massage therapists both female and male? Can I choose?
Yes, but we recommend that you mention this request when booking, a last-minute change may not be possible for operational reasons.
I can't come to a booked massage/treatment, what should I do? How should I proceed?
Contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will try to offer your date to other clients and you can also send in a substitute. You will find more information in our operating regulations.
Is it better to come by car or by public transport? Where can I park?
We recommend that you travel to the city centre by metro line B (to the station Můstek) or take a tram ride (tram stop Vodičkova). It is difficult to park in the center. The closest option is the paid parking at Karlovo náměstí (about a 10 min walk) or for residents in any blue zone.
Can I get a massage / have a treatment considering my health / pregnancy etc.?
Before you start a treatment, you will fill in a health questionnaire at the reception and then we will take your current state of health into account along with any of your other requirements.

Will my clothes / underwear get dirty during the massage / treatment?
During the massage, you keep your underwear on and the masseuse will cover you with a towel. You can also request disposable underwear.
What is an aroma bath?
A relaxation procedure in the recreation room, when you relax in a comfortable chair (usually after a massage) and you have your feet in a bubble bath. You can also choose the salt for the bath according to your wishes.
I have a question before the massage, who can I ask?
You can always contact our staff, who will be happy and willing to advise you.

During a visit to the parlour
Do I need to leave a tip to the massage therapist?
Tipping is voluntary and depends on your satisfaction. If you were satisfied, remember the therapists will be pleased and they will definitely remember you :-). We recommend tipping 50-200 CZK/customer/60 minutes, but it depends entirely on your decision.
I don't speak English, will I be able to communicate with the therapist?
Massage therapists speak only English and Thai. If you don't speak/understand English, we recommend that you communicate all your requirements and wishes to our staff before you start the treatment. Still, you don't have to be afraid of the language barrier. The therapists know basic phrases and words in Czech and they will guide you through the treatment.
What are the payment methods available in the parlour?
We prefer payment in cash, but it’s possible to pay with all the common credit cards as well.
How often can I go for massages?
It depends purely on your own discretion, but mainly on your health and also financial situation:-) Most clients come about 1x in 1-2 weeks, but there are clients who visit our parlour regularly even 2-3 times a week.
What you should definitely know
Can I wear some clothes during the massage?
Most massages take place in your underwear, some treatments (e.g. the traditional Thai massage) take place in massage clothes that will be provided free of charge by our staff. Some clients require to be massaged entirely without any clothes on (naked), we recommend that you agree on this request in advance with our staff. You will avoid a possible misunderstanding.
Do you offer erotic massages and the so-called “happy ending”?
We do not offer this kind of massage and we ask our clients to respect this and not turn to our staff with such requests and proposals.
I am not going to make it to use the voucher, can I extend its validity?
Vouchers purchased from companies that intermediate massages and relaxation procedures (e.g. discount portals) cannot be extended. For vouchers that were purchased directly from us at the parlour or through the website, the option to extend is always subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of the purchase of the voucher or that were stated in the context of our offer or a special offer.
Where can I complain in case of dissatisfaction with the conduct/attitude of the staff? Where can I send the claim?

It is necessary to wait for 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for an answer, so that we can carefully examine the possible complaint.
